Welcoming Mary Murphy!
Mary Murphy is a senior real estate executive with over 15 years of experience leading investment, asset management, and portfolio strategy across major U.S. markets. She currently serves as Head of Real Estate at Weisberg Investment Corp, overseeing performance at both the asset and portfolio levels, optimizing operations and leasing, and providing strategic guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors on enterprise-wide decisions.
Previously, Mary was Senior Vice President and Southeast & Mid-Atlantic Region Head at ASB Real Estate Investments, where she led acquisitions, redevelopment, and asset management for industrial, multifamily, retail, and office properties. Earlier roles include Senior Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate and Senior Client Services Manager at Integratec Services. Over her career, Mary has closed more than $2.1 billion in combined acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions.
Mary holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. She is active in the Urban Land Institute, WLI, and CREW DC.

Principals
With entrepreneurial spirit, founder Marvin Weissberg drew on courage and imagination to align lenders, retailers, expert teams, and localities to see beyond their boundaries. He developed office buildings, shopping centers, apartment houses, hotels, and mixed-use in the pre-beltway DC metropolitan area while mentoring a generation of real estate professionals.
Continuing the vision and reputation, Nina Weissberg oversees the company's assets and growth. Ms. Weissberg joined WIC in 1994, became President in 2006, and CEO in 2016. In 2021, Marvin Weissberg passed away surrounded by family.
